EXTRAORDINARY

Extraordinary events by extraordinary people
In one town made of much

And one way to get towards a destination
where growth comes by a touch.

Of greater creativity,
from larger hearts aware

that flowed from great imagination
showing us we care.

Whilst high above and all around
the force of power wills

that we might step outside the bounds
of that which brings us chills.

To take risks beyond measure
leaving comfort for a test

That takes us far from fiscal wants
while teaching us true rest

comes sometimes in the midst of crisis
in the midst of lack.

And teaches us to give out
far beyond a single act.

And when we have a session
that includes a greater love

There seems to be no boundary
and the number high above

The number that we thought we’d help
with our two hands and feet

But great imagination
showed us goals we had to meet.
